In this Privacy Policy, Limited Liability Company ‘GAJA PLUSS’
(hereinafter referred to as ‘LLC’) provides a general description of how we collect,
share, and protect personal data. Additional information regarding the processing of
personal data is included in contracts and other documents related to service provision.

Definitions:
Client – An individual who uses or intends to use our services.
Personal Data – Any information that directly or indirectly relates to an identified
or identifiable Client or other physical person whose data is processed in accordance
with this Privacy Policy and applicable laws (e.g., a legal entity client).
Processing – Any action performed with Personal Data (including collection, recording,
storage, alteration, provision of access, retrieval, transmission, etc.).
Service – Any cargo transportation services provided by LLC via road.
Profiling – Any form of automated processing of personal data, used to evaluate specific
personal aspects related to a physical person, especially analyzing or predicting aspects
related to the individual’s work performance, economic situation, health, personal preferences,
interests, reliability, behavior, location, or movements.
This Privacy Policy applies when you use or intend to use LLC’s services. It also applies to
cases where the relationship was established before this Privacy Policy came into effect, and if
you have provided or LLC has obtained your Personal Data.

Examples of Client information we collect include company names, contact names, shipment information,
addresses, email addresses, and phone numbers, as well as cargo loading and unloading locations and
cargo descriptions, etc. Your Personal information may be transferred to countries outside the
European Economic Area that do not provide an adequate level of protection to enable us to provide our services.
Additionally, if you post your Personal information in publicly accessible sections of our website, it may be
accessed by individuals in countries outside the European Economic Area that may not offer an adequate level of
protection. LLC may be required to disclose your information to local or national (foreign) authorities to operate
in accordance with applicable law or expedite the delivery of your shipment to its final destination.

Our policy takes all necessary steps to ensure that all of your Personal information in our possession is processed
fairly and in compliance with the law. We will make every effort to establish and maintain this Privacy Policy.
All of our employees and data processors who have access to Personal information must respect the confidentiality
of your Personal information.

LLC uses profiling-GPS for cargo location tracking and delivery time planning and video surveillance data to ensure
the security of your cargo from pickup to transit or storage.

LLC collects and stores information about all shipments it handles to provide efficient shipment delivery services
requested by company Clients. LLC uses information about its Clients, their shipments, and shipment activities to
provide or enhance its services to Clients, communicate with Clients about additional services that may be of value,
satisfy legitimate business interests (including trend analysis and market research), determine pricing, perform
invoicing functions, and comply with government regulations that apply to us.

Any type of Personal information that we may collect will be used solely for the purpose of providing our services,
and we will not retain it for a longer period than allowed by law or required by the reason for providing the service.

As we collect and use information about our Clients, we may engage service providers to assist us in processing this
information for the purposes mentioned in previous sections. Additionally, we may request our company branches to
process this information on our behalf for these purposes. These service providers and/or our company branches are
required to maintain confidentiality and are prohibited from using the information for any other purpose.
Also, as we develop our business, we might buy or sell subsidiaries or business units. As part of these transactions,
Client information may be one of the transferred assets.

To protect your Personal Data from unauthorized access, unlawful Processing, disclosure, accidental loss, alteration,
or destruction, we implement appropriate measures to comply with applicable legal requirements. These measures include
technical measures such as the selection and configuration of appropriate computer systems, securing relevant connections,
data and file protection, as well as organizational measures such as access restrictions to these systems, files, and objects.
This Privacy Policy is not a legally binding contract between LLC and the Client, and it serves as our guidelines for
Personal Data protection. As we continuously improve and develop our services and website, we may make changes to our
Privacy Policy from time to time. In such cases, we will not diminish your rights. In the event of significant changes
and if we deem it necessary, we will inform you of the changes no later than 1 month before they take effect using the LLC website.”
